01. The Challenge

A 23,000 square foot European classical estate on three acres, six bedrooms, and a scale that one video would sell short. The buyer pool for a home like this expects an elegant, high end presentation, not effects. Every room, the grounds, the approach, and the light at dusk all had to be shown, and the film had to feel as considered as the house itself.

02. The Solution

Two shooters in a half day block. Nathanael Ochoa covered the full interior and exterior photography plus drone, and Brody Sherrill filmed the cinematic listing film. Full coverage of the interiors and the grounds, drone for the approach up the circular drive and the acreage, and a real twilight set for the front elevation, the pool, and the outdoor kitchen. The film was cut to two to three minutes and paced for elegance, letting the architecture breathe instead of racing through it.

03. The Result

The full photo gallery was delivered within 24 hours, drone and twilight sets included. The cinematic listing film followed in three days. Full interior and exterior photography, drone, real twilight exteriors, and a cinematic film, ready for the MLS, the listing site, and social.
