01. The Challenge
The Robinson Team keeps salaried photographers on staff. When a stone and timber home on the brow of Signal Mountain came up in a week their own crew was already booked, they sent it to RMG. A team with its own photographers does not hand off a listing like this lightly. The media had to match the standard their sellers already expect from them.
02. The Solution
One visit. Forty to fifty photos of the interiors and the grounds, drone for the approach and the ridge, a real twilight set of the front elevation, a cinematic listing film and a Platinum social reel, plus a 2D floor plan and the marketing kit. Our crew showed up as part of their team and shot it the way they like their listings shot.
03. The Result
Photos delivered the next day. The cinematic film and the reel followed a few business days later. Everything landed ready for the MLS, the listing site and social, in the same look the Robinson Team’s sellers see on every one of their listings.
